Affiliate Marketing: An Honest Approach To Online Profits
One of the biggest reasons I like to market affiliate programs is their simplicity. Its members get paid for the sales they make for the company your site represents. If the commissions are on monthly fees (I.E. your customers are paying monthly for the products and services you sell) this can add up to a nice income depending on how much they are paying in commissions. I have found that to be an attractive alternative to many mlm organizations that have complicated payout systems for their representatives. To me, anyway, it seems like it is a more honest approach and one that I can live with. I been involved with a number of mlm programs that left me with the feeling that I was losing money instead of making it. Payments in some affiliate marketing programs is another reason I like it as opposed to mlm. In many affiliate programs you can be paid by the month irregardless of your earnings. While in most other programs, members are paid after they reach a certain commission level. As an example, Clickbank pays its members based on their own personal choice of what the commission payout level is. Other affiliate programs follow the same idea while, still others, have preset minimums. From the business owner's standpoint, affiliate programs are easier to deal with simply because the payouts are straight forward and simple to calculate. Many of the most popular mlms use a complicated payout system that has tiers and overrides and bonuses who knows what else. In most of the programs I dealt with, it seemed that I was putting more money in than getting out. Most of their payment plans left me scratching my head trying to figure them out. As for me, I'll stick with affiliate programs. Those I can understand.
